The Kindergarten Handprint Quilt 2012

It's done!
Here is our beautiful Kindergarten ABC handprint quilt for this year.  It was a lot of work but I love how it turned out.  For more pictures, visit A Moment of Whimsy. As I told my daughter, when you put a marker in a five year old's hands, you don't know what they will end up doing!  Some of the animals are a little funny but I love all of them.

We have nine more days to go!

One day is Field Day, one day is Fun in the Sun day (the delayed version), one day is our Ice Cream Social/end of the year party.  One day we visit first grade. Three of them are half days.  Not too much "normal" going on!!!

Tomorrow we are practicing our play, performing our play, and visiting another class to see their play.  Tada!  Then Wednesday is the real deal for the parents.

This is such a busy time of year!  I hope you are enjoying your last few days with your kids or enjoying the beginning of your summer vacation.  This is the earliest we have ever gotten out (no snow days!).

My report cards are done, the quilt is done,

I've never seen this with letters!!! I've always done it one handprint a month per a holiday. Love this!
